Please view a short video tutorial of my other fringed project, but the technique is the same:ġ00 % tear and wash-resistant. Turn the hoop back over and fluff up the "fringe" around. Once you complete stitching the design, turn over your hoop to see a reverse side, and cut the bobbin thread, along the large satin stitches.
